SOME EXAMPLES OF MY REPAIRS:

These are some examples of my repairs and restorations.

These cases show what has been done to the instruments either due to lack of experience or very often lack of money.
Some cases are simply because people are overestimating their skills.

As these examples show it does not matter to me whether I work on an old expensive violin or a cheap factory made one.

They all are often very precious to the owner and deserve all respect and love.

- Example of how 'for free' can turn out to be very expensive:

The violin had only a two inch crack. The owner trusted somebody who offered to repair it for free. After more then 1 year waiting we finally got the violin away from him with this bad varnish damage.
